It mainly produces and operates shock absorber products widely used in cross-country, retro, ADV and high-end electric motorcycles such as single-cavity double-adjustable, double-cavity double-adjustable, double-adjustable, recovery and compression respectively (one compression, one recovery and special adjustment of spring preload), three-adjustable (recovery, high-speed and low-speed double-adjustable compression) and directional dampers. Advanced Equipment
There are currently 3 damping testing equipment, including 1 lifting roughness tester, 1 hardness tester, 1 layer thickness tester, 1 drum testing machine, 1 1.2*1.2 testing platform, several testing measuring tools and several post-processing equipment for parts.
Quality Assurance
The full inspection process of the production site process route includes all inspections before the dimensions of the outer cylinder sleeve, oil seal and dust seal are put on line.
